Our Story

Respiro y Renuevo is a traveling wellness retreat located in Puerto Rico, offering one or two-day wellness events and collaborating with local businesses and certified wellness professionals. The retreat features full-day, 2-night, or 4-hour programs that include yoga, meditation, workshops led by mental health professionals, cooking/art sessions, and team-building activities. They also organize wellness day tours for tourists, encompassing transportation, yoga, cultural activities, and exploration of new locations. Respiro y Renuevo is community-based, only works with certified professionals, and donates a portion of its profits to charity, focusing on providing everyone with opportunities for health and personal growth.
